On February 17th, Robin Creasman, TV & Music Producer, will speak to DPALC on the “Economics of Texas Music Industry.”
Robin Creasman is an award-winning television producer, author, and entertainment marketing expert who speaks to business leaders, salespeople, entrepreneurs, and professionals on how to be a real-world Rock Star in their personal & professional life so they can get more business, make lasting impressions, and be more successful!
Robin believes anyone can be a real-world-business Rock Star if they apply his ROCKSTAR Principles to their business model. It’s all about implementing wow customer service, smart marketing, & great communication skillsinto their leadership so they can stand out from the competition and be perceived as the “go to source” for whatever product or service they provide.
Robin has over 25 years in the music, television, entertainment, & speaking industry and is the author of the audio CD, Be a Rock Star! 12 Ways To Stand Out in Leadership, Customer Service, & Sales. He has produced and directed television specials for NBC, ESPN, TNN, the BBC, Fox Sports, PAX-TV and Decca/MCA Records. And he’s worked with celebrities and rock stars including Vince Gill, Trisha Yearwood, REO Speedwagons’ Kevin Cronin, Mark Knofler from Dire Straits, NASCAR’s Jeff Gordon, Country Stars’ Pam Tillis, Travis Tritt, Brooks & Dunn, Joe Diffie, football’s Terry Bradshaw, Graham Nash from Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young, Bad Company’s Simon Kirke, and Paul McCartney among others.
Early in his career he was a recording artist for USA Records and was a founding member of the pop rock group Backstreet which shared the stage with Starship, The Pointer Sisters, Firefall, Pure Prairie League, Restless Heart, and Blood, Sweat & Tears. And was a runner-up for the $100,000 grand prize on Ed McMahon’s TV talent show Star Search.
In Robin’s most recent project he served as the Supervising Producer for the new music television series Troubadour TX, which aired to over 40 million households weekly on The CW Network. It was a 22-episode docu-realty series following a number of up & coming Texas based singer/songwriters on their journey to success.
