October 15th – Congressman Pete Sessions
A conservative community leader, U.S. Congressman Pete Sessions has combined hard work, innovative thinking, and common-sense principles to successfully represent the 32nd Congressional District of Texas.
November 19th – Brittany Underwood
Brittany Underwood is the founder and CEO of the Akola Project – a non-profit designed to empower at risk women by offering them training, a work opportunity, and holistic care. Akola became a top 10 jewelry brand in its first season at Neiman Marcus.
January 21st – Dr. Fred Cerise
Frederick P. Cerise, MD, MPH, was named President and Chief Executive Officer of Parkland Health & Hospital System, one of the largest public health care delivery systems in the country, in March 2014.
February 18th – Majors Barbara and Jonathan Rich
DFW Metroplex Commanders, Majors Barbara and Jonathan Rich, took office June 22, 2015. They oversee one of The Salvation Army’s largest U.S. area commands, covering a five-county territory including Dallas, Tarrant, Collin, Denton, and Ellis Counties.
March 18th – Skip Hollandsworth
Skip Hollandsworth is an American author, journalist, screenwriter, and executive editor for Texas Monthly magazine. His true crime history, The Midnight Assassin, details a series of murders that took place in Austin in 1885
April 15th – Toni Brinker
Toni Brinker is the founder and CEO of Operation Blue Shield, an organization creating comprehensive outreach programs to connect, educate and empower community stakeholdersin a common goal of positive, forward-thinking social infrastructure change.
